Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Vikram Singh

Mr. Vikram Singh is the founder chairman of Bhagawati Group. He established Bhagawati Palace in 1998 in the name of his loving mother Lt. Smt. Bhagawati Devi. He is a graduate in civil engineering and has great amount of work experience from grass root level. He is an expert in infrastructure projects, accounting and is loved by many as their Management Guru.

The fundamental values of this corporate entity is inspired by his values of ethics, integrity, hard work, determination, and social responsibility.

Professionally he is well respected by trade partners, corporates and bankers in the relevant industry and is known for his down to earth behaviour. He is an inspirational personality and a true businessman in all sense.

Mr. Rajat Singh

Rajat is  the most thoughtful and strong member of the group, he is the elder son of the family and plays a significant role in the business. Rajat has finished his schooling from the Scindia School Fort, Gwalior and later went on graduation degree in Brunel University, London UK, where he gained valuable global exposure. He joined the business in 2016 and has been actively involved in the development of Mahindra & Mahindra automobile dealership projects in Shahdol and Waidhan. Over the past 8 years, Rajat has honed his skills in business and is now contributing to business expansion building a strong legacy.

His mission to further the development of Bhagawati Group and will particularly focus on the automobile dealership segment’s expansion.

Mr. Vaibhav Singh

Vaibhav is one of our youngest, earnest and dynamic member amongst top management. He has notable education and recognition at various levels since his schooling from The Scindia School, graduation from University of Durham UK till post graduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Notable recognitions such as “The Durham Award” by University of Durham, “King Constantine Medal by Round Square International Organisation”, “Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award” by Duke of Edinburgh, and “Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019- Mahindra Automotive Division” by Mahindra & Mahindra ltd is indictive of his entrepreneurial spirit, dynamism and leadership.

Currently, Vaibhav is managing automotive dealerships in Indore, Ratlam, Dhar, Dewas, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Alirajpur, and Jhabua. He is also involved in management learning and evolution of Bhagawati Group towards becoming a esteemed formal corporate entity. Futuristic opportunities related to fields of sustainable energy, micro-financing, manufacturing etc. are what he is keen to engage himself with, this is in line with the vision we have for Bhagawati Group’s expansion.

Shalini Vaibhav Singh

Shalini Vaibhav Singh, the newest member of the Bhagawati Family, brings a unique fusion of business acumen and creative flair. Holding degrees in Commerce, International Corporate Law, and Design Engineering, she spearheads Tzar, an upcoming fashion brand of Bhagawati Xportia Pvt Ltd, and Cigno Nero, a prominent European fashion brand, diversifying the business into exports and manufacturing.

Her distinguished career boasts stints at the World Bank, United Nations, Goldman Sachs, and BNP Paribas. As an ardent representative of the leather industry, Shalini has shared the stage with esteemed leaders like Smt Nirmala Sitaraman and the Honourable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi Ji. With a passion for innovation, she’s propelling Indian fashion onto the global stage.

Shalini’s leadership, creative vision, and fresh manufacturing perspective are invaluable assets to the Bhagawati Family. She drives digital growth, data analysis, systems management, and strategic decision-making across group businesses. Her vision is to diversify business opportunities, leading the group to global success.

A recipient of the prestigious Young Women Entrepreneur award from FICCI 2021, Chennai, and consequently by RCME in 2022, Shalini embodies the woman force behind the Bhagawati Group’s success.
